About the Research
This white paper, commissioned by TitanHQ and conducted by Osterman Research, surveyed 252 security professionals in February 2025. Participants were from organizations with 100–1,000 employees or MSPs, and all had responsibilities related to email security. The cross-industry survey was conducted across three countries and the EU, offering a broad and unbiased view of current cybersecurity challenges.
