WEBINAR

The events of the past five years have made one thing unmistakably clear: the supply chain has reached a defining inflection point. The technology, talent management strategies, and operating models that delivered success in the past are giving way to new priorities centered on speed, resilience, continuous intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

For decades, supply chains were viewed much like the plumbing in your home—essential, reliable, predictable, and largely invisible. That changed when a series of global disruptions exposed just how critical supply chain performance is to business success. The “pipes” broke, and the impact was sudden and extreme. From the pandemic and geopolitical instability to port congestion, inflation, cyber threats, extreme weather events, and the rapid emergence of artificial intelligence, supply chain leaders have been called upon to navigate unprecedented complexity while maintaining business continuity.

As a result, the supply chain has moved from the back office to the boardroom. No longer defined simply by buying, making, and shipping products, leading organizations recognize the supply chain as a strategic capability—one that drives growth, strengthens resilience, enhances customer experience, enables innovation, and creates competitive advantage.

And now, the supply chain sits at the intersection of two unstoppable forces: talent and technology.

Join hosts Scott W. Luton and Rick McDonald for a thought-provoking conversation with an accomplished panel of industry leaders, including Stephanie David, Principal Partner and Advisory Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics Offering Leader at KPMG; Mauricio De la Peña, Vice President of Global Supply Chain Services & Transformation at The Clorox Company; and Keith Moore, CEO of AutoScheduler.AI.

Together, they’ll explore how leading organizations are reimagining supply chain talent, embracing AI and advanced technologies, and building the capabilities needed to thrive in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing business environment. Attendees will gain practical insights into the leadership strategies, technology investments, and organizational shifts that are shaping the next era of supply chain excellence.
