Matt Kuper serves as the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Bastian Solutions, a role he has held since July 2021. With over 11 years of experience at the company, Matt has played a key role in driving sales and delivering innovative supply chain solutions across the globe. Before

stepping into his current position, he held leadership roles such as Senior Director and Director of National Accounts, where he managed teams responsible for building relationships with clients and overseeing large-scale material handling automation and supply chain execution projects.

Prior to joining Bastian Solutions, Matt gained significant project management experience at Kimball Hospitality and Daifuku Wynright Corporation where he led engineering teams and managed complex material handling and distribution systems for many clients.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and earned his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. His background in both engineering and business equips him with a well-rounded perspective in managing and optimizing large-scale sales and automation initiatives.
