The integration between Moovit and DeÔnibus brings more convenience to travelers planning intercity trips, allowing them to purchase bus tickets directly in Moovit, while also streamlining their journeys to and from departure and arrival stations. Travelers can now select their origin, destination, travel dates, choose from multiple route options, and purchase their tickets. With plans to expand internationally, this partnership is set to redefine the future of intercity transportation, bringing enhanced digital capabilities to one of the last offline sectors in travel.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with Moovit to bring this innovative solution to travelers across Brazil,” said Noam Toister, Co-Founder and CEO of Travelier. “Our mission is to simplify and digitalize ground and sea transportation, making it easier for passengers to travel and reducing the complexity of multi-modal journeys. Travelier’s commitment to transforming the travel sector is backed by its global leadership in technology solutions. According to the latest market report, The State of Ground & Sea Transportation by Skift, intercity travel represents a $198 Billion dollar market with only 20% of purchases made online, particularly in emerging markets like Latin America, where digitization has been slower to take hold.

Travelier’s platform spans over 122 countries, collaborating with 16,000 operators, and providing access to 750,000 routes across the globe. This partnership with Moovit aligns with Travelier’s goal of expanding the digitalization of intercity transport to meet the growing demand for more efficient and accessible travel options.

“By teaming up with Travelier and DeÔnibus, Moovit users no longer have to navigate multiple platforms and services — they can find all their travel solutions in one place with real-time updates.,” said Tomer Asheroff, Moovit’s VP Business Development.

With plans to expand globally, Travelier and Moovit are laying the foundation for a new era of intercity ground and sea travel. The two companies aim to make the entire journey—from booking tickets to reaching the destination—more seamless, efficient, and accessible for travelers across the world.
