Most recently, she led the Texas/Gulf Coast region where she served as the Vice President and Regional General Manager. In this role, Jennifer was responsible for aligning the organization to strategic initiatives that drove top line growth and margin expansion for equipment, service, controls, and energy solutions offerings. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Light Commercial Portfolio leader overseeing multiple products across commercial, residential and parts channel distribution.
